USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Each session should last a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
- Drink water before you start.
- Use a towel to sit on.
- The temperature in the sauna is 55º.
- Wearing swimwear is mandatory.
- Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions are not allowed to enter.
- Shower before entering. Then cool your body for 15 minutes before showering again.
